Power in your hands

“You must learn to let go. Release the stress. You were never in control anyway.”

I’ve been thinking a lot about control recently. Control over little day to day things, control over myself, my actions and thoughts, and control over my own life and how really we can actually make it what we aspire.

For a long time I’ve grasped on so tightly to the fact that for the past 6 years of my life I’ve had no control over all of the life changing things that have happened – some bad and of course some good. Yet they’ve influenced me in so many way that from time to time I really wish they hadn’t. Throughout recovering from an eating disorder, I’ve come to realize that the whole aspect of it is based around control, and with myself it portrays my frustration in the lack power I’ve had over the years. My eating disorder and food is the only thing I think I have control towards, so I dropped into it completely as a comfort in making me feel whole.

This is why I wanted to share this quote with you because I absolutely love it. ‘You were never in control anyway’ and guess what? that’s perfectly okay! I once loved the evil sense of control but don’t be fooled because that quite frankly turned into yet another thing I lost control of. Meaning it’s time to let go and to sit back and accept that these things happen throughout life beyond what we wish – and that’s perfectly okay. I now always keep in mind that now matter what struggles I’m being faced or daunting changes I cannot determine face me, that very soon some brilliant, fabulous and exciting new experience will conquer me.

As I’ve begun to move on, I’ve also realized the lack of people in which I depend and turn to because guess what? I’m surviving on my own. The power is finally in my hands and I have the whole entire world to explore and conquer.

It’s good to be positive right? Have a fabulous day.

On the route to happiness

Hello sweet pea’s,

Guess who’s been a busy bee? Me! For the past week or so I literally have not stopped. I’ve been here there and everywhere and quite literally when I decided to miss my train stop and end up in London Huston (taking in account I live in the North West.. oppssie) Anyway putting that aside it’s actually been a really wonderful and positive looking week, the buissness has had less of that draining dread and more of a optical buzz. A very busy bee has also created and extremely happy Hollie! So, of course I’m going to fill you in, lucky you 😉 (but grab a cuppa, this could take a while)

First was fathers day, I’m not usually the biggest fan of mothers and fathers days, whether that’s just because my and mum like to spend time and treat each other regularly I don’t know. Although this year due to the weather claiming to be the tiniest bit summery, me, mumma and my little sister all headed for a yummy BBQ at my Nana’s and Grandads. Yet British weather being it’s usual indecisiveness self decided to supply us with wind, rain and cloud (did I mention how much this depresses me?) however we still managed by having a fabby ‘inside BBQ’ (good old Nana to the rescue, ey?)

I loved spending the day with my grandad, as he is actually a huge idol and inspiration to me. He’s the type of man that will keep himself to himself but observe and fully care about everyone. If something is important and needed to be said he will say it and tell you, yet if it doesn’t he will keep out of it and stay quiet. This is why over the past year or so his words have really helped me more that most because whenever he has valued me with his opinion, I have known it’s 100% true. Anyway, despite the overall soppy side to me a grandad, we actually spent most of the night singing because we both love it way too much. Even if we did drive the whole house mad…. opsie, haha.

20140623-020146 pm.jpg

The next thing coming up on the Hollie calendar was one of my best friends birthdays and of course me being the most wonderful friend that I am, had to plan a surprise and treat her a little. It turned out quite a success as I got together a few of our closest friends and had a cheeky little get together, which was nice just to spend some time together, as it doesn’t happen that often. She actually really enjoyed it and to know that was the most comforting thing in the world.

20140623-014502 pm.jpg

20140623-015435 pm.jpg

Luckily I can easily escape a hangover, so there was no issue in carrying on my fabby week 😉

The weekend hit and I then took a trip the Manchester to meet some lovely girls Clare, Issy, Daisy, Daisy, Sally, Olivia and Ellie, whom I’ve been wanting to meet for quite a while. So seen as the sun was shining and it was a wonderful day we decided to meet up for a spot of lunch and a shop (of course) in which I bought the prettiest skirt from urban outfitters. It’s was £30 reduced to £10, how could I not? See 😉 I can honestly say they are the friendliest and most perfect girls to spend the day with and talking with them made me incredibly happy and was the most comfortable I’ve felt in a long time. Plus I had Fro-Yo for the first time ever, and I swear I can’t believe I’ve never tried it, where have you been all my life?20140623-014627 pm.jpg

20140623-015351 pm.jpg

20140623-014554 pm.jpg

Meeting all these girls was wonderful and meeting my little Ellie who I feel like I’ve known forever, I can honestly say she has opened my eyes up to so much positivity and possibilities in life. I really didn’t want to leave and cannot wait to see her again. She is truly a friend I’ll treasure forever. Plus our photos were super cute, sorry.

20140623-014531 pm.jpg

20140623-015343 pm.jpg

These small things over the past week I’ve realized have actually been massive, as I think we forget through life to stop and value the people around us. I know I know, that’s a very vague and common thing to state, yet I believe it’s true. These people in my life bring me so much joy and happiness and that’s the most natural and satisfying treatment of them all.

I then ended my week with the most fantastic run and yummy healthy, yes healthy pancake breakfast, (the recipe shall be up soon ;-)) as the sun was then shining and the weather was marvelous, it was like the week was made for me.

20140623-014511 pm.jpg

20140623-014519 pm.jpg

And lastly (yes I swear I’m finishing my blabbering soon) I want to mention another little diamond in my life at the moment, Tiny Tim! And yes don’t be deceived by the ‘tiny’ because he is actually a guinea pig and not a hamster 😉 I think I mentioned in an older post that our guinea pigs had supplied us with a whole family of baba guinea pigs. I can honestly say it’s been the most hectic few weeks looking after them and more so my little Tiny Tim as we were in complete worry he wasn’t going to make it. He was unbelievably small and really struggled to gain any weight however he has now luckily started eating and gaining weight! He completely my good luck charm and I swear he was brought into this world for us to fight together.

20140623-014538 pm.jpg

So that’s it, as you can see every thing has been tip top and I hope this has supplied you with any sort of motivation to get up and do because trust me it’s such a refreshing feeling.

What have you guys been up to?

A Naughty Trip to the Benefit Counter…

Give me a credit card and a Benefit counter and I’m like a little kid in a toy shop – it’s my ultimate weakness. Opps.20140613-060829-pm.jpg

I’ve never been the ‘girly’ type (honest..) however I’m coming to admit I’m quite frankly the biggest girl when it come to shopping for clothes.. and make-up….and facial products…..and home ware…. damn. And it seems to just be getting worse, but hey! I have no shame. So today when the sun was shining and shopping was on the cards, I was the ultimate happy Hollie and of course the worlds biggest girl.

Well, my day actually started wonderfully when a cheeky Top Shop order arrived to my door, finally (I’m the worlds worst in waiting for orders)

If It is possible to fall in love with an item of clothing I think I might have because this skirt is BEA-U-tiful! I was extremely indecisive when ordering this, as I do like to see products I’m unsure of and it’s also way way out of the ‘Hollie comfort zone’. But I thought what the heck. I bought it and I couldn’t be happier. It’s incredibly comfy and gorgeous mint green and reasonably priced (I think the electric blue one is needed to be ordered…)

Okay so obviously then the shopping happened and as I said Hollie with a benefit counter is like a drastic party waiting to happen. I adore benefit makeup and literally all of their ranges, I use all of their skin care products, foundation, mascara, eye shadow, eye creams, bronzer ect. (You get the point) It works so well on my skin due to my awful pores and oily t-zones and is brilliant quality, so yes despite it being pricey it’s completely worth it, as it also lasts at least 6 months. Constantly buying new make-up gets boring and probably costs twice as much, so yep it’s fab for me.

I new I needed a new foundation and benefit’s foundation is literally the only foundation that sits on my face all day and doesn’t cause a completely overload of the ‘oily/shiny look’ – it’s basically a godsend. I usually go for the ‘hello flawless oxygen wow’ foundation in ivory however with summer coming up and my love for BB creams I discovered one of their newest products – ‘Big Easy’

After having a lovely chat with the man on the counter and trying all the different shades, I decided it was completely the best option, so I’m super excited to try this out. New products galore!

I then went onto buy my two usual products the ‘BAD gal lash’ mascara, the  ‘Brow rings’ eye brow kit and the Fake-up’ concealer   . Yes, they are quite pricey but are brilliant quality and work wonders, they also last so so long which is a massive convenience. These three are my ultimate favorite benefit products and if you know me, you shall know my eyebrows are my top priority (I spend about 20 minutes on them.. no joke…) Some this kit is like basically my other half… yep.

Okay, so I completely suck when it comes to making my eyes have any slight bit of decency, I usually stick to the old eyeliner and mascara and have it done with. It actually seems like forever that I’ve been trying to figure out some sort of way to may eye shadow, creams or what not actually work. So for the 100th time I bought yet another lil eye kit however I actually like the look of this one, it’s a new range (so obviously I had to try it out…..)

Because I’m such a fabulous customer the fab man at the counter gave me a lil free-bee and gift wrapped all my things, which was super nice.

So it was a good old day in the life of Hollie today, now completely broke, and I also splashed out on an awful lot of tea…oppss.

Ah well, all need to treat ourselves right?

A Murder Mystery – MouseTrap

I love the theater! I always have done from being as young as I can remember (I’m a literature freak, common of course I do!)  I love the atmosphere and the experience of watching someone acted so wonderfully right before you. It supplies you with a much warmer feeling than attending the cinema or slouching on your couch in front of you poxy screen at home. The lights, the action and the impression in leaves is completely extra ordinary.

As I am seeming to have more and more time on my hands recently, there was no doubt in my mind when my Nana asked if I’d like to go to the theater to watch Mouse Trap 60th anniversary tour, with her on Tuesday night (Plus I’m the only one in the family that even would…Haha). The night turned out fabulous and it was so nice just to spend time out and genuinely enjoying something within humanity. Even if we did spend half an hour people watching and laughing at them.. opps (Granddaughter like Nana ey ;-))

20140612-111346 am.jpgAnyway on to the play, if you didn’t know Mouse Trap is a murder mystery and is currently on it’s 62nd year with over 250,000 acted shows. It’s the longest running stage show in history and needed to see it. I actually had never read the book before I went so I was slightly doubted into what to expect, yet it was wonderful. The acting was brilliant, the cast were fantastic and the telling of the story was so well done.

20140612-111357 am.jpg

The Mousetrap on Tour

Unfortunately pictures obviously weren’t aloud to be taken throughout the play however I was that hooked into it I don’t think I’d even wanted to. It wasn’t even till half time that I realized my bum had gone completely numb and I’d polished off my drink…opps..

I’d love to express to you the murderer and tell you how it ended but I wouldn’t want to spoil it, (plus I’m drawn the secrecy ;-)) however it was completely unexpected and really finished the play off perfectly.

If you really want to know you shall have to find out yourself… trust me, you wouldn’t regret it!

20140612-111406 am.jpg

The night was so so good and me an Nana have decided more theater trips are needed – I think The Woman In Black is next on the list ooo.

I also loved what I was wearing, so here’s a little OOTD, kinda….

Top – Miss Selfridges

Skirt- ASOS- I adore this skirt and it’s perfect for spring because it’s light, not too cold and not too hot, plus it was reasonable priced £22. Bargin!

Also, I know I missed the lil recipe yesterday, I do apologies I was just completely rushed off my feet and before I knew it, it was 11pm and I needed my bed. However I’m not leaving you hanging! I do have one ready and I shall pop it up later. Two blog posts in one day… aren’t you lucky 😉

Never the less, I am now off to enjoy the sun!

My ‘supposedly’ Insperational hour

I’ll make this short lovelies (well I’ll try, blasted blabbering) because I’m feeling rather drained today however I got some kind of magical inspirational spurge and thought I’d float away into one of my writing sessions.

I’m not one for quotes, in fact it;s very rare I’ll actually come across something in which moves me or motivates me in any way, shape or form. Which you probably find rather strange coming from someone who enjoys to write their life away…

However I think that’s the problem – too many words and phrases are being completely abused and overused in making kids and teens feel somewhat better about there lives and self’s, like telling them “Happiness can be found in the darkest of times” or “Smile and the world will smile with you” is ever going to sink into their brains in the long run. Yeah, it may give them some urge to be ‘happy’ but that will soon pass..

Or maybe I’m just a complete cynic in ‘soppy’ words (because to be completely honest, I cannot stand the stuff)

Anyway, I’m completely going off my tangent here, opps..

Despite my utter ranting there, I have actually come across something in which I rather like and has given me a tad bit of inspiration on my ‘slumpy’ day.

Make it a rule of life to never regret and never look back. Regret is an appalling waste of energy; you can’t build on it; it’s only good for wallowing in!” – Kathrine Mansfield

I’m not going to lie, I absolutely adore this! (however I am wondering whether it’s simply the fact she uses the phrase ‘appalling waste of energy’ because my god I love that) It’s straight to the point and true and it’s made me think.

All the things I’ve decided to do throughout my life – even up to all the bad choices and mistakes I’ve made and am currently making – they’re all done and there is simply no erasing them anymore. I’ve done them, so where is regretting them getting me?

I’m one for making mistakes and through something as daunting as an eating disorder, you become unbelievably selfish through not your own fault but the disorders. And I can sit here and tell you now, I regret many things said and actions I have made however I think it’s time to finally stop the guilt and the regretting and realize that I only did these things because at the time they felt right. And NO, I don’t mean the whole ‘things happen for a reason’ business, I mean they just simply happened.

We cannot keep living in a world where we constantly want to change the impossible because reality check, you’re only hurting yourself by doing so.

As good old Kathrine has said – Regret is good for nothing.

I’ll be sure to keep this one close.

I hope you’re all well and I’m sorry for my somewhat rant but when a girl has gotta express she’s gotta express,

– I have a few blog posts coming up for the next week so keep watch.

A rainy ramble day

You know how much I despise the rain, urgh! It’s decided to return, I’m by far a happy bunny.

This can only mean one thing however slipping on the massive comfy hoodie and spending the afternoon blogging (hey, there’s nothing better to do!)
Because this morning looking out to completely darkness and the dismal sound of thunder only caused my mood to drop -100.

Hey ho still have a life to be living, I got up to do a little bit of yoga. I’m loving yoga at the moment, finding it really beneficial for toning, relaxing and stretching my entire body. I feel like I’ve found muscles I never even knew existed! Haha! I’ve been really enjoying the ’30 day yoga challenge’ by DoYoga.com’s YouTube channel – http://www.youtube.com/channel/UCEdFmnwp53XmtODotf788-Q. If you’re a beginner like myself or looking to start yoga but don’t know how or where – I’d highly recommend starting with this and stretching every morning and night.

20140607-015723 pm.jpg

I then braved the storm and quickly nipped out to get my new glasses, ah I can finally see again, it was fabbyyy!  However I was soon home and wrapped up, hair back and glasses on, so tough you aren’t getting a picture 😉 I also nipped into boots (sorry I had to) and bought the Garnier Cleansing Micellar Water, which yes I know I’m late on the bandwagon but I finally got around to buying it. I can’t wait to actually try it tonight to see if it does live up to it’s ‘standards’, and I shall be sure to get back to you on my thoughts. I also bought a new BB cream by Rimmel in which I’ve also been wanting for ages after running out of my tester. I can say this product is amazing and one of my favorite BB creams – and seen as summer is (hopefully) on it’s way, it was time to invest in the little beauty.

When i got home I decided since it was icky and dimal outside, I’d branch out and make myself some home made soup. I’d discovered a yummy warming recipe by the lovely DeliciousElla, in which I must add her blog and new app is absolutely amazing. I adore her recipes. So, I had lots of veggies that needed to be used and I made a carrot, parsnip and coconut soup. It hit the spot and I’m actually still so full now, so be sure to check her out.

20140607-015744 pm.jpg

20140607-015752 pm.jpg

With today being the ultimate lazy day I’ve also seemed to have gotten through 7 episodes of my new favorite series ‘Games Of Thrones’ (Yes I know again, late on the bandwagon) yet, I must say I am completely hooked! I was so unsure about watching this but I finally made myself and I can say, I have loved every minute of it so far. I’ve ended each episode just having to go on and watch the next. So, if you are considering watching this, stop debating and watch it! Even me who usually has to be busy, has been the worlds laziest slob because I’m that hooked.

I apologize for another blabbering post about my ever so exciting life and I guess this kind of turned into a favorites post but hey, I’m doing well at keeping my blog going, right?

I have a ‘summer/spring’ outfit inspiration coming up soon, so keep tuned 😉

Family Lovin’ – A cheeky haul and Healthy pizza making

Over the past few days I’ve spent quite a bit of time with the old famlam and genuinely sitting back and relaxing for five minutes. Despite our continuous busy lives, we can become so wrapped up in our own little world that I find we forget that something so simple as taking a little shopping trip, or cuddling up to watch a film with your mum can actually be a great ‘re-fuller’ (If you like) It’s a great reminder and allows you to sit back into things that really matter and a relief from ‘stress’.

On Wednesday me, mumma and my nana took a lovely trip to Dunelm Mill (which is the most adorable home decor and furniture shop, if you have no clue what I’m on about) Yes, I’m not just a complete clothes freak when it comes to shopping – I’m a sucker for anything home related also.. opps..

I find a weird and wonderful joy in ‘adapting’ my room and adding cute new things around the house (It’s probably scary how happy it makes me, haha) so of course I was in my element. We went in the get a ‘few bits’ and ending up spending over £200, but shh. So I thought I’d give you little insider into what I bought.

The first thing I brought my eye upon was the cushions! For so long now I’ve wanted some cushions to build up my bed, giving it a comfier and fuller look, however finding the right ones? Well that’s been a hell of challenge but I finally found some in which I liked and that matched my room! Wahey! I absolutely adored these and thought they added a really quirky effect to my room, and they were only £6.99 = a very satisfied Hollie.

Next Of course I ventured my way around the decor sections and due to my room I always head to the bath room sections because they supply my beachy needs…..

After many decisions and mumma choosing a new shower head I finally came across this little beauty and I couldn’t say no.

See why I couldn’t say no?! It’s too cute and fitted perfectly, and again adds that quirky effect. I also love diffusers, room sprays, and candles (I’m way too obsessed in things smelling nice) Again, I’ve wanted a diffuser for so so long but have never actually gone to buy one and this way also reasonably priced at just £4.99. Bargain!

Another thing that’s also been on my list for what seems forever now is some sort of flower arrangement, I love flowers for just filling a spot and of course they do that brilliantly. However, due to my icky hay fever and the short life span I actually hate the thought of a real bouquet in my room. Yet, I soon found my problem solved as here they had a huge selection of artificial flowers in which you could pick and choose whatever you wished to satisfy you.20140605-011228-pm.jpg

I also picked up frame for my bedside table which was unbelievably cheap at just £1.99, and fills it’s purpose perfectly.

After completely exploring the whole bedroom section from top to bottom, me being the complete foodie that I am had to go to the kitchen section. Despite actually needing a few new plates, I then had to venture into buying the cutest floral, vintage serving platter and breakfast set (I mean how could I not when my breakfast looked this great this morning?)

I love all the vintage, and floral style bits and bobs, more so for your kitchen (yes, I know I’m rather late on the band wagon) and these were again so reasonably priced at it all coming to £25, so once again we had a satisfied Hollie.

I’m actually a massive family girl and anytime I can get to spend with my mum, nana, or sister I usually love. With me and my sister seeming to be continuously in different places sometimes it’s hard for us all to just stop to sit down and even have dinner together. So yesterday I ventured out to good old morrisons I decided to get some wholemeal pitta’s and lots of pizza ingredients for us to have a go at some healthy pizza’s. To my surprise they turned out 10 times better than what I thought, even Ella enjoyed them!

And wahey, they turned out perfectly!

And super easy too! Just use a wholemeal pitta for your base, some tomato puree (or alternatively I used hummus) and top with literally anything you like, I chopped us a selection of veggies, mushrooms and ham, grated cheese and feta for moi!

I know this post has been a little bit mix n match but hey, I’m best at the blabbering.

We’ve also had baby guinea pigs in the past week, which I shall update you on very soon!

Coconut, Bluberry and Banana Pro-Oats – Recipe Lovin’ Wednesday

Hello you,

I’m back! Just like I promised, see I said I would, you should be extremely proud!

So in being back so soon, I’ve decided the best way forward in for filling your wonderful reader needs is structure, which is why I’m now introducing – *drum roll* – Recipe Lovin’ Wednesday’s’. Yep, you heard a day all dedicated to healthy, delicious recipes.

If you follow me on the world of insta or twitter you shall know I am the worlds biggest loser for trying out new, healthy, yummy recipes (especially them AMAZING breakfast recipes, I mean who doesn’t love breakfast?) I’m not even joking when I say I have at least 30 oatmeal recipes and combinations to share with the world, best get started…

So, lets kick this off with – Coconut, Blueberry, and Banana ‘Pro-oats’

Mmmmm, you heard! I actually had these for breakfast this morning and let me tell you – they were devineee. They were the fluffiest, yummiest oats I’ve made in a long time (and I make them an awful lot ;-)) So, I had no choice but to share this simple yet wonderful combination with you.

The ingredients

  • 30/40g Steel Cut/Porridge Oats ( Or preferred amount)
  • 100ml coconut milk
  • 150ml water ( Or 250ml coconut milk if desired)
  • Half banana mashed and half sliced
  • Handful of frozen blueberries (and extra for toppings)
  • 2/3 egg whites (Depending on the size)
  • Cinnamon/Nutmeg (Or any other sweetener eg. vanilla essence, these are also optional but just help add a lot of flavor to your oats)
  • Optional – Flaked almonds (Or any other desired toppings)

It’s unbelievable how quick and easy this recipe actually is, and with even having only an hour and half to get ready this morning I still managed to find time to demolish this.

So, you simply start by bringing your coconut milk and water to high heat just so the liquid begins to boil. After that reduce the heat and pour in your oats and begin to gently stir, add in your cinnamon and nutmeg and leave to boil.

You’ll then notice your oats staring to thicken slightly in which you then add the mashed up banana, this is great as it still gives it time to melt into your oats, again playing a wonderful sweetener. Then follow with the frozen blueberries, it’s actually your choice if you want the blueberries frozen or not  (I just prefer them frozen as they melt way better, even if they do make an icky colour, haha) Give your oatmeal another stir and leave it a bit longer (usually a 2/3 more minutes) or until it’s at your desired constancy.

Now you can stop here if you don’t require the ‘pro-oats’ part of this recipe, but you know me I’m a protein freak and will always add lil bit of protein when I can. Egg whites are the answer! Yes, egg whites – it sounds bizzaree I know, yet it’s the yummiest combination on the planet. Don’t be fooled either, when you first try this your taste buds will more than likely be freaked out, yet as soon as you carry on tasting you become completely hooked. I cannot have my oats without egg whites anymore because I would simply miss the creaminess and fluffiness that it provides (honestly the oats turn into some massive pillow, I swear)

So, just when your oats about done, stir in the egg whites and make sure to carry on string for a good minute just so the egg mixes in well and doesn’t set and cook in the oats. You’ll notice the consistency of the oats become suddenly very thick and soon they will begin to bubble and you know you’re good to go.

Obviously you can top your oats with whatever you fancy (you’ll soon see many creations ;-)) however I decided to carry on the theme or todays breakfast and top with the rest of the banana, more frozen blueberries, a sprinkle of cinnamon and also flaked almonds which add that little bit of crunch. But I’d highly recommend any seed, nuts or raisins as they finish the oats off perfectly!20140604-055604-pm.jpg20140604-080225-pm.jpg

And there you have it! See simple? if you love oats as much as me, I’d certainly try this.

Also, if you have any recipe requests be sure to let me know! If not make sure to catch next Wednesday’s – Sweet Omelet

I have also added a cheeky new page to my blog, in which if you’re lazy , you can simply be nosy on a few snaps of me and daily life, ooo aren’t you lucky…

Spring Clean

I woke this morning expecting to be greeted with the joys of the rain and gloom on the other side of the blind, yet to my surprise there was sun and come on you know me by now – I adore sun! So much I jumped out of bed and nearly went flying over the blasted fluffy pillow. I really am starting to wonder why I still even live in this country when the constant lifeless weather only makes me god damn miserable 24/7. And the fact anything under 1o degrees causes me to sink into hypothermia. Never the less I then decided it was time to get up off my bum and venture out to run. Being a runner it was of course an absolute dream. It was beyond amazing everywhere was so still and peaceful and in going so early I literally felt like the only human being left on the planet (despite the odd man and his dog, but I guess I can accept them ;-)) I probably sound beyond weird but as a runner you come to appreciate these things, so shush!20140601-104906-am.jpg

Also what’s better than feeling healthy and refreshed? Up, ran, showered and dressed all by 10, it’s a wonderful feeling because it’s lead me to think, I need a ‘spring clean’, (and yes I mean with my blog, I FEEL CLUTTERED)

My writing motivation lately has dropped to -100000, which is supposedly a worry considering it’s one of the only things I enjoy. So, this morning I’ve sat down with my lil post-run shake and the wonders of my Disney stationary and realized I actually have some time on my hands. So what better time to write? Of course time to blog, and time to de-clutter! Reading over some of my posts, I’m beginning to wonder if I was deluded or simply just high in the times I wrote these. Who knows.20140601-105024-am.jpg

Now of course I want to be as entertaining as humanly possible and and enjoyable read (what blogger doesn’t?) So, I’ve decided to start bringing in some new little bits and bobs to suit your fancy. Nah I’m actually lazy and I just asked a few people what they’d like 😉

I’m a complete health freak so recipes is the first new little venture, I have so many breakfast and oat recipes that they’re literally going to over flow. I need to share that oatmeal loving., literally craving my breakfast this morning all again now, opps.20140601-105014-am.jpg

Outfit inspirations/hauls/favorite posts have been also requested. I’ve always fancied giving these a go because I’m the worlds biggest shopper (I have no shame!)

Book and film reviews! I’m a writer, of course I read (I said I was a big shopper, I have a pile of 30 waiting for summer… oppssss..)

I also want to carry on with my writing posts, fiction, poems ect, and also my everyday life to life posts because who doesn’t love a good old natter? Also with summer on it’s way, I shall be on my little travels a lot more, I just about passed photography so I suppose I could supply you with some wonders……. haha.

I have lots of plans for posts coming soon, and I’m going to try and get back onto blogging as much a I possibly can.

If you have any ideas, let me know.

And on that note I’ll finish with a little outfit of the day, the suns out, I’m happy what can I say?20140601-105007-am.jpg
